The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
Firearm/Ammunition Purchases
We ONLY ship firearms to valid FFL dealers.
All firearms purchased from us through our website or over the phone will be required to be shipped and transferred through a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder local to the customer. Ammunition being sold to residents of the following states will be required to be shipped to an FFL, where a background check will take place: New York, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, and New Jersey. The customer will be asked to provide the FFL information that they wish to use.
All customers are responsible for knowing their state laws regarding firearm transfers. For more information, please contact your local FFL dealer with any questions regarding the sale or transfer of firearms/verify their transfer fee/ensure the will accept your transfer. The customer assumes all responsibility/cost for returned firearms due to FFL refusal.
If you order a handgun, you must be a legal resident of the state in which you are ordering, and 21 years of age or older to complete the transfer through your FFL.
LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Wild West Guns accepts no responsibility for any damage, shortage or loss of goods during transit or delivery, whether Wild West Guns makes the shipping arrangements or not. Claims for any such damage, shortage or loss in transit should be made to the carrier, in accordance with the terms of carriage. Wild West Guns will not issue replacements for any such damages, shortages or losses during the shipping process.
Shipping Policy
Wild West Guns ships in stock orders as soon as possible. Finances from purchases made through our website do not clear until the next day, therefore we do NOT offer same-day shipping. We are not open on Saturday or Sunday, meaning orders are only shipped Monday-Friday. Please note: we do our best to ship IN STOCK items within 2-4 business days of the order being placed, however, it’s possible for the process to take longer depending on various factors.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Backordered Products
We provide the ability to place backordered items on order. Each backordered item must be paid in full at the time of the order. This holds the customer’s item once the item is available to ship. We will not put any customer on a “backorder list” without full payment. In certain cases, we cannot provide a ship date/timeframe for items due to the manufacturing processes.

Sales Tax
Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Wild West Guns, LLC holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.
All Retail Nevada Residents must pay the applicable Tax rate on all items. No exceptions allowed.
