TERMS AND CONDITIONS-LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
We are a Federally Licensed Manufacturer and Dealer. As such, we STRICTLY follow any and all Federal and State Laws relating to firearms. We will not sell firearms or firearms parts to anyone in any jurisdiction where the possession of same would be violative of law. We do not sell firearms or firearms parts for export, nor will we sell any export controlled items for export UNLESS, prior to transfer or shipment, we receive appropriate export/import permits from the buyer, and all shipments or transfers will thereafter be conducted by an exporter of our choice, with the buyer to be responsible for all fees. We will report to the appropriate authorities any attempts to circumvent export laws and regulations. If you are a resident of a State where certain firearms or accessories are not legal for transfer, it is your responsibility to check your local laws as to the legalities BEFORE bidding. Negative feedback WILL be left for any buyer that wins an item and is later unable to complete the sale due to their state laws. Any dispute as to any matter covered by these terms and conditions and/or arising from a transaction governed by these terms and conditions shall be governed by and subject to the laws of the State of Alaska, with jurisdiction over such dispute in the Courts of the State of Alaska.

We are forced to utilize spam filters, so if you do not get a response to your email, please re send, as our filter sometimes catches incoming emails. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU UTILIZE AN APPROVED SENDER SYSTEM ON YOUR EMAIL, YOU MUST APPROVE US YOURSELF. FOR SECURITY PURPOSES, WE DO NOT SEEK EMAIL ACCEPTANCE APPROVALS. TERMS AND CONDITIONS-GRADING
We are world renowned custom gun shop and as such we pride ourselves in describing items accurately to the best of our ability. However, unless otherwise indicated, we have not test fired any firearm on auction and make no representations as to accuracy or proper functioning. Unless otherwise indicated, non firearm items are sold “as is” with no warranties of any type express or implied. All firearms parts are sold with the understanding that they must be fitted by a competent gunsmith.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS-PRIOR SALES POLICY, SITE FAILURES
Under no circumstances will we end an auction early, unless we make an error in the listing. At that point, we reserve the right to end the auction early and sell to the then highest bidder, or seek to have bids cancelled by the Auctioneer. All auctions are subject to prior sale UNTIL first bid is posted OR until the reserve is met, whichever is applicable. We reserve the right to cancel any auction in the event the auction site has a system failure or outage affecting the ability of bidders to view our auction during the last 12 hours of the auction.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS-INSPECTION
Unless otherwise specified, all firearms sales are governed by a three day, NON FIRING, inspection period on the premises of your FFL dealer which commences on the date the firearm is delivered to your dealer. In the unlikely event of a return, shipping charges and listing fees are not refundable, unless the return is caused by an undisputed and blatant error in description. You must call us for a return authorization prior to any return. PLEASE NOTE: IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT ALL PACKAGING MATERIALS, BOTH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL ARE PRESERVED UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THE INSPECTION PERIOD IS FINISHED. NO CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, INSIDE AND OUT. Any item returned must be in the exact same form or condition as sent, with all packing materials, ties, hangtags and the like, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS-FFL AND LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
WE DO NOT SHIP ANY FIREARMS TO ANY ONE OTHER THAN A BONA FIDE DEALER, COLLECTOR OR MANUFACTURER WITH CURRENT VALID LICENSES FOR THE ITEM BEING SOLD. We accept faxed or scanned copies of Dealer licenses; our Fax Number for Alaska based auctions is 907/344-4005 and our email address for FFLs and shipping inquiries ONLY is firstname.lastname@example.org . For Las Vegas based auctions our fax number is 702/895-9850 and our email address for FFLs and shipping inquiries ONLY is email@example.com. Your dealer must handwrite his license number on the FFL so that it is readable .ALL DEALERS MUST PROVIDE US WITH A VALID PHONE NUMBER. PLEASE NOTE: WE REQUIRE A NEW FFL OR OTHER LICENSE FOR EACH TRANSACTION, UNLESS WE SPECIFICALLY ADVISE YOU, IN WRITING, THAT WE HAVE AN FFL ON FILE FOR YOUR DEALER. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FURNISH US WITH A LICENSE.
Many firearms we sell are classified as Curios and Relics. We will accept Curio and Relic licenses to transfer firearms on the Curio and Relic List. Please see www.atf.gov/firearms/faq/curios-relics.html for more information.
PLEASE NOTE: WE REQUIRE THAT YOU BE PRESENT UPON DELIVERY OF YOUR PACKAGE, UNLESS YOUR DEALER AGREES TO HOLD SAME UNOPENED FOR YOU. A PACKING LIST WITH SERIAL NUMBERS, IF APPLICABLE, WILL BE AFFIXED TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.

We will send you an invoice via email when the Auction closes, except that Auctions that close on Sundays or holidays will not receive invoices until the following business day. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. WE DO NOT SURCHARGE CREDIT CARDS. WE DO NOT COD!!!! Credit card payments can be made by email or by calling us at 907/344-4500 or TOLL FREE 800/992-4570, hours are 9-6 Monday through Friday, 10-5 Saturday, Alaska time. We will accept Money Orders and Bank Checks, but we do not accept personal checks. However, because of our strict time limits for payments, and because of repeated problems with mailed payments, we have been forced to place restrictions on the use of Money orders and Bank Checks. In addition to any other policies, please note that Money Orders and Bank Checks must be forwarded to us at the above address by Express, Certified, Priority or Registered Mail or by UPS or Fed Ex Air. You must provide us with a tracking number. Finally, YOU MUST PROVIDE US WITH EITHER A COPY OF THE INVOICE WE SENT TO YOU WITH YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION AND SHIPPING ADDRESS WRITTEN ON IT ON IT, OR A SEPARATE SHEET OF LETTER SIZE PAPER WITH YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION AND THE ITEM NUMBER. Finally, we are not responsible for Post Office delays and your payment must be timely! Because of our large volume of sales, if the following rules are not complied with, payment will be returned and item re listed, NO EXCEPTIONS!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS- PAYMENT POLICIES
For buyers OUTSIDE Clark County, Nevada and the Anchorage/Mat-Su/Kenai areas of Alaska (these areas include Fairbanks and Interior, North Slope, SouthEast, Seward Peninsula, Yukon Kuskokwim, Aleutians and Copper Valley, together with CONUS and Hawaii), contact and payment arrangements MUST be made within 5 days AND payment received by noon Alaska time 10 days from the date of auction close, including the date of the auction or item will be relisted and negative feedback left. Purchasers from Clark County, Nevada or Anchorage/Mat-Su/Kenai must pay for and pick up their purchases by noon on the10th day from the date the auction closes including the date of the auction or item will be relisted and negative feedback left. All invoices unpaid five days after the date auction closes may, at our discretion, receive payment reminders. All unpaid invoices seven days after auction closes may receive non paying bidder notices. Relisting will occur on the 10th day as set forth, except for contact failures, where listing may occur at any date in our discretion.. All non paying bidders are also blocked from further bidding and reported to the auction website for such action as they see fit. There are no exceptions to these policies on payment.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS-SHIPPING
We only ship to US addresses. Do not bid on our items unless you have a US address to ship to! There is no exception to this policy. If you are the winning bidder and do not have a us address to ship to we will immediately relist the item and provide negative feedback. We will not ship anything to any jurisdiction where possession of same may be in violation of any law.
Multiple items will be combined for shipping discounts.
We ship no later than 48 hours after credit card payment, except any shipment paid for by Bank Check or Money order, may, at our discretion, be held up to one week.
No air shipments are made on Fridays through Sundays nor mail shipments on Sundays , and for as much as three to five days before a holiday. Due to large volume, we cannot notify you of ship dates.
Firearms shipments are shipped priority air or express, either overnight, air saver or 2nd day depending on package size and/or value. We may, at our sole discretion, ship firearms by Priority Mail but only to storefront FFL holders. If this option is available, it will be set forth in the auction. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE MAIL A HANDGUN TO C&R HOLDERS, THEY MUST GO UPS, ADD $20 TO THE MAIL SHIPPING CHARGE! Please note: In general we prefer air shipments. Air shipments are more expensive than other methods, but easily trackable, a lot more secure and far faster (Overnight to three days depending on what time shipment is made). Mail shipments CAN take up to 14 days and may not be trackable. Unless otherwise set forth in the auction, the air shipping charge for handguns is $45.00, for long guns $65.00, plus a $2.00 surcharge for signature requirements. IN ADDITION, THERE IS A MANDATORY SURCHARGE FOR INSURANCE IN AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO .05% (ONE HALF OF 1%) OF THE SALE VALUE OF THE ITEM OR $1, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
When making inquiry about your shipment, you must provide us with your full name, full address, the Auction number, the model or make of the item you are inquiring about and the name of your dealer. Please note: Our system will not provide us with tracking of mail shipments. If you choose mail, we cannot determine where your shipment is until it is delivered. If you wish to have the ability for us to track your shipment every step of the way, you must select UPS shipping.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS-SPECIAL CALIFORNIA RULES
THE FOLLOWING IS APPLICABLE TO ALL TRANSFERS TO CALIFORNIA. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS SHOULD NOT BID ON OUR AUCTIONS IF THEY CANNOT COMPLY WITH OR AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING: We comply with the CFLC program. We will make every effort to swiftly obtain a FSA letter on shipments to California, but shipments to California may be delayed due to the extra paperwork involved. Non C &R shipments to California are only made to FFL dealers with a California Centralized list number and that number MUST BE PROVIDED with the FFL or NO SHIPMENT will occur. Negative feedback will be left for any buyer who cannot comply with California requirements.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS-CUSTOMER SERVICE
We make every effort to ensure complete customer satisfaction and take pride in our feedback rating. Please do not hesitate to bring any problems to our attention. If you have a problem with an item, please contact us BEFORE leaving feedback. If you leave us feedback alleging a problem with our items or services WITHOUT giving us a chance to correct that problem first, we will be compelled to place you on our blocked bidder list and we will indicate in your feedback that you are non cooperative in resolving problems. In addition, we always leave feedback for each transaction and expect the same in return. Buyers not leaving feedback will be placed, at our discretion, on our blocked bidders list.
